I dived over there last year.Menorca is famous for the good cavern
dives.Check out the following site for a good run down of dive
sites.(http://www.sonbouscuba.org/index_en.html).I was in Son Bou so
cannot help on the dive centre front I'm afraid.

I used to dive Menorca years ago so my knowledge is a bit out of date.
The North coast was always the best due to the cliffs and rocky coves.
One of the dive clubs I used was Ulmo and they were very good.
The website is still active, I just checked so here's the link.
http://www.ulmodiving.com/
Cala Blanca is a beautiful beach holiday but not much to dive on as I
remember.
Cala Galdana to the West used to have a dive club in one of the hotels and
East to S'algar for another club
