Not sure how rigidly people will be actually sticking to the 50 dives
thing - some say it only applies in some areas, and others have said that
operators are ignoring it. Might be worth checking with them about what
rules they're following before you rule out the Red Sea completely (or spend
a few weekends diving in the UK before June, you've still got 5 months!).
No idea what Turkey's like though - I imagine much less to see than the Red
Sea, otherwise we'd all be going there rather than Egypt.
