Donor should hold by the hose, receiver should hold the donor's wrist.
This ensures that the receiver has a firm grip on the donor and also
keeps the purge button clear.

Two breaths each pass.

Breaths should be counted using the fingers of the hand holding the reg
so that the buddy can see when they are going to get the reg.

Reg should be passed to the buddy - not pulled when the buddy thinks it
is time...
