AFAIK, none. Insurance is not needed, it's an option. In any case, your
goods seem to be covered by your house insurance and any injuries you
sustain would be picked up as if you'd been playing basketball - ie the
much-maligned NHS would come to your rescue.

It might be worth you checking the small print in your house insurance.
Mine only covered the dive kit while it was in the house, and not on
dive trips, really useful!! (not)

As for costs of rescue, the other poster is correct you do not need
any further insurance.
