For annual insurance I have used these (and claimed) and they are very very
good. I have around 10K of cover for around £180.

They also have short term travel insurance at reasonable rates (personally I
use my banks free insurance for this part).

I have also used Westfield for both kit & travel insurance - but I found the
kit policy isn't really new for old. However I did make a claim and they
did pay out OK. See http://www.divernet.com/westfield/. They are also a
bit expensive.

I also use DAN for medical insurance (about £49 per annum).
