You will need more than a t shirt but not necessarily a thinsulate, a
lot depends on how cold you get. Fourth element and O Three make good
undergarments for under a neo suit. Mind you they cost also as much as
a thinsulate.

Hi there David
Don't wear cotton under your dry suit, all this will do is hold perspiration
and small suit leaks against your skin.
As Pete just mentioned in his posting use a proper base layer garments that
will wick the moisture away from your skin.
