| Does anyone know any lawyers out there who have a good understanding of all the various legalities (liability etc) for an independant club or business to arrange diving trips. This organisation would be looking to allow dive centres to charge a booking fee for booking divers (or members of a club) onto UK based diving trips. Just an idea I have to hopefully help divers out there to go diving. Thanks in advance Ronnie |
