The Abolition of Feudal Tenure (Scotland) Act 2000 The Abolition of Feudal Tenure (Scotland) Act 2000 abolished the feudal system of owning land in Scotland and replaced it with a system of outright ownership of land. Fue is the outright owning of land now - same as freehold now  |
