As an estimate this would be around a vo2max of 30.7

How much are others paying for a HSE med?

Any idea on the "fitness test"?

Anyone pass the HSE and know what there vo2max is? or how long they take to
run a mile?

Jim,

I use e-med for my medical and it costs about £80.

No idea about my vo2max is but I normally run a mile in about 9 mins
(11kph ish). I still find the medical quite tiring on the legs but
generally have no problem.
