I don't understand the problem? The image is 1748 x 2480 (A5)

I have made a double version in PDF (A4).

Ahh, sorry, I was just seeing a small thumbnail in my browser which
could not be made any bigger!
Couldn't work out the download button due to the language.

Hi not bad. a couple of ideas from a uk point of view.

Temperatur should be spelled "Temperature"
Add box for weight used.
Add box for type of suit. Dry suit. semi dry, 5mm wet suit ect
