I've been here (Edinburgh) for the last couple of days working, and
popped down to the beach last night for a stroll. Gale force winds and a
bay full of white horses, even in the Forth. Even if it flattens in the
next couple of days the viz will be dead.

About 2 hours drive over to the lochs, Loch Long and Loch Fyne are good
this time of year, and tend not to get too stirred up.
