Be aware of this:

http://www.ndc.noaa.gov/pdfs/sb05-01.pdf

And

http://www.divernet.com/news/stories/270405octo.shtml

Especially the bit about not using mis-matched second stages on the same
first stage.

Otherwise I use a MK25 with 2 x 380s and love it. Servicing costs typically
about £75.

Be aware of it only if you plan on using an A clamp configuration. The
problem related to improper torque to the nut that retains the A clamp.
Replacement parts, which preclude the source of the problem, were available
under waranty. I assume they still are.

Don't worry about this one at all. There's nothing cheap about a Mk 20
first stage. Intermediate pressure on the Mk 20 first stage is adjusted
internally, by adding shims. It's not as convenient as the external
adjustment on the newer Mk 25, but the system has worked for Scuba Pro for a
very long time.

My alternate is a R380 and it breathes as well and as reliably as any
regulator I've ever used. I don't know anything about the S600. It came
out after I purchased my regulators. I use a G250.

I'm a warm water diver and, therefore, have no direct information on how the
Scuba Pro regulators handle cold water. I think I may have heard, however,
that they are not the best available for cold water use. Hopefully someone
else will be able to speak to this aspect of your question.
