Yes. I found a thin hood was excellent for night dives. Didn't need it
through the day though.

Damn.

It is perhaps a sign of the season, but I read the subject line and
thought that the wreck was being moved from Portland harbour to
somewhere we'd be able to dive it again.

I've happily dived in Red Sea December and Tennerife March without a
hood. I wouldn't bother buying a special thin one, but might pack my
one just in case.
