I've dived from Cala'n Bosch mid-August and the water was 24-25 degrees at
5-10m, and 18-20 degrees at 38m (the Malakoff).

I used a full 3mm suit and was quite comfortable.

Kirsten and Martin from Crystal Seas are now running Bluewater Scuba
(http://www.bluewaterscuba.co.uk/).

Do the Malakoff, Pont d'en Gil and Tunnel Vision.

R.

I'd recommend them. I went last year in July, used a 5mm shortie. Did my
PADI rescue course with them whilst I was there. The course is mainly
done at <5m, with a lot of it on the surface, meaning that we had loads
of air left (160+ bar) after each session - so I got two free guided
dives a day too.

Which area are you staying in? I stayed in Santo Tomas, so it was a bit
of a trip (hired a car). There was a dive school much nearer but there
were a few bad reports in this newsgroup concerning it a couple of years
ago so I gave them a miss - though things might have changed and they
look professional enough on their website.
