The only ones I found were so expensive that it was more reasonable to buy something made for UW. /m |

Well it's not so much a problem that they've gone out of production, but that their production has been taken over completely by another. If you look at the Fuji websites at look at their latest UW strobe you'll see what they've done is take a vivitar df-120, paint it black and put it in a box. Have a look at http://www2.fujifilm.co.uk/digital/d...r_accessories/ Sells for £179 with an arm and bracket, £120 for the boxed flash. Cameras underwater have a similar solution called Aquamir http://www.camerasunderwater.co.uk/flash/aquamir.html selling for £125 inc the slot tray. OTOH my solution set me back £50. As it happens I've found a supplier in New York, another in Dublin and one in the UK. The most economical is the Irish seller, so it is he that shall get my custom! £60 a pair inc VAT+ P&P. Ken |
