I have recently bought a 30lb singles-wing with SS BP and STA and been advised that I should stick with my Masterjacket for singles (especially in warm waters) and just use the wing for twinsets. The rig weighs about 5kg out of the water and I usually take 4-6kg with a 5mm wetsuit. I'm going to the Maldives next week and trying to get some pool time to play with the wing, but am itching to try it in open water. Andy |

I would never go back to using a jacket style BC for any of the diving I do. The wing is so much more comfortable, stable and streamlined than any jacket I have ever used. I use an Al BP, the SS will allow you to shed some weight off the belt. |
