Lets face it the whole being under water thing probably isn't good for
you but then neither is sitting on a couch swilling beer and watching
the idiots lantern.

Personally I'll carry on diving, riding bikes and anything else I
fancy. There's the old Dave Allan sketch along the lines of

Doctor: "you need to give up smoking, drinking and sex"
DA: "will I live longer"
Doctor: "no but it will seem like it"
