 Breathing training cd Breath Control' Consisted of a one page 'instruction manual' containing the message that Whales only breath 3 times per minute and by listening to the attached Whale tunes mp3 and breathing along you could train yourself to breath that slow! Glad I only paid 99p for it! Worth it for the giggle tho.  |
