and abide by, existing Federal Laws.

Even if you haven't dived here, you have probably heard of it, or know
people who have.

Even if you don't intend to dive here, we [divers] need to be active in
support of conservation and protection efforts.

It doesn't cost anything except a few moments of your time.

I believe that European interest in the matter would be very
influential.
