Default UKRS St Abbs 2005

As I sit and watch the sunshine shrivelling what is left of my garden my
thoughts are brought to this year's St Abbs lazy diving trip.

A long weekend just north of the border, throwing ourselves into clear
waters, filled with fish and sedentary life unrivalled on the UK mainland, a
day on a hardboat (Lazy-G Diver, quite appropriately!) to explore some of
the more challenging sites, maybe a spot of night diving...

So far I have a contingent of about 17-20 people coming along but there is
space for as many as wants to come. I can get people booked into the Youth
Hostel at Coldingham Sands right up until the day before (although the
earlier the better, of course!) and there are B&B's and hotels aplenty in St
Abbs, Coldingham and Eyemouth.

The diving is easy and pretty shallow so the trip is open to all (apart from
the boat because we want to do the wreck of the Glanmire which sits at 30
something metres).

So come up and visit the UKRS contingent north of the border and sample
scenic diving at its very best (think Octopus, Wolf Fish, Congers, gobies,
blennies and nudibranches galore).

I have one space left on the boat (due to a cancellation) but that doesn't
mean I'm down to one space - numbers are unlimited.
