Default Is it a war grave?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/s...es/4524128.stm

"The defence secretary has been ordered by a judge to reconsider a
decision not to protect a WWII wreck"

Why I have no idea

" They [the family] had feared divers were at liberty to disturb their
father's remains."

Don't they realise there's bugger all chance of the fish having left
anything. So what next, ban people from the battlefields in case they
walk over someones mortal remains.
