| For anyone wondering whether to try underwater photography, I have stumbled on a really inexpensive piece of kit just this morning. I may have made a mistake with some of the features, but the jist of it is sound, I believe. ASDA are selling (in Sheffield at least) a Polaroid brand 35mm film point-and-shoot camera in a waterproof case rated to 20m. The camera can be taken out of the waterproof case and is reloadable. It has a built-in flash. All for £15.97 OK, it may not be the best lens, or the best flash, or the deepest depth you may want to take pics at - but for someone who's starting out or unsure, this is the sort of money you can afford to lose just about!
