| have not dived for 4-5 years now. I was an experienced BSAC instructor and have dived in Europe, the West Indies and the Indian Ocean. I am now over 60 and technology has moved on somewhat in 5 years. My equipment and bottles are in test and my ABLJ is direct feed, I see that everyone now uses stab jackets. I have never used a dry suit and dive in neophrene in cold water and shorties in warm water. Would you consider that given my age and that I have not dived for a while, that I should go back for a refresher, any advice would be welcomed as I am going to Martinique and Guadaloupe in April and I intend to dive there. With many thanks Judith |
