Nena, my wife/dive buddy, and I will not be able to use our time share
week in St John this year, so we are offering it for rental.

St John Resort Villas -- St John, USVI

One bedroom villa in the Westin St John Resort Villas
On the island of St John in the US Virgin Islands.
This villa has sleeping accommodations for up to four people.

The bedroom is a roomy loft with king size bed and 3/4 bath.
There is a full bath on the main level. Two additional people
can be accommodated on a sleep sofa. Linens as well as bath and
beach towels are supplied.

The unit has a small but reasonably complete kitchen, including
pots and pans, glasses and dishes, etc. There is a dishwasher,
as well as a washer and dryer for clothing.

The main level has a roomy eating and living area, and a balcony
with a view of Great Cruz Bay.

The Villas are adjacent to the Westin St John resort hotel.

There are medium/small pools adjacent to the villas; You also
have access to the beach and the large pool on the hotel grounds.

SCUBA diving, snorkeling, boating and other water sports are
available at the Westin dock.

There are several restuarants on the hotel property. Taxi service
to restaurants and shopping in town is readily available.

Two-Thirds of St John is a national park, offering beautiful beaches,
hiking and cultural sites. The island also offers good shopping
opportunities and excellent dining.

Based on published rates, the value of this vacation package
is at least US$5-6000.00. We are asking only US$2750.00.
