Exactly. As long as it gets into court, it ends up in Scalias hands again.
Even with their proven lies,treason and other misdeeds he will stick with

And yet, what do the Demos focus on - Viet Nam. With all those "proven lies,
treason, and other misdeeds" all they can focus on is national guard service
records & evaluation reports.
