I must admit, I'm as surprised as you are. I would think that watermelon
would be difficult to get in Alaska. At the very least, I would think a
luxury item like that would be expensive. The people you saw must be doing
well.

Sorry about your friend. Perhaps next year he'll be able to afford some
watermelon too.

In the future, I advise not repeating the actual message and
