 Re: Operators in San Juan, Puetro Rico and west coasts. The south sports a 22-mile long wall with excellent sites.The operator to use is Parguera Divers (www.pargueradivers.com). The west coast has some decent diving yet the best is found on a little island called "Isla de Mona". Taino Divers is the operator to use to reach this island. Happy Diving! Harry.
