Single-day Florida trip recommendations

Hey everyone,

I'm taking the family to Orlando on the 19th of October and my wife and I
want to see if we can squeeze in a day of diving. We have managed to get
someone to watch the kids for one full day, so we have one day to drive,
dive and return. Assuming there are no hurricanes, of course.

We have talked about just doing the Living Seas dive in the Epcot center
aquarium. I did that a few years back and had a surprisingly good time.
However, I'd like to see what other options there are for a nice day of
diving, assuming an early morning start in the Orlando area.

I'm a reasonably comfortable diver with ~100 dives logged, my wife is a
relative newbie with about 15 post-certification dives. We like most any
kind of diving, although she prefers not to go too deep. 100 feet is her
outer limit. She might particularly enjoy swimming around a nice wreck,
since that's something she hasn't done before.

So, any suggestions? Specific dive sites, operators, etc. Any and all
information greatly appreciated.
