| If I can jump in here, I lived on El Mar Drive a half a block south of the Pelicans and the only time i had a complaint was when Andrew was heading in for a visit, the weather guy said there could be a 30 foot storm surge and I was sitting on my livingroom couch at 12 ft. above sea level. The compaint was that I only had 2 tanks filled at the time and figured I'd need 3 or 4 to properly dive in my livingroom. Cheers all...
