Florida, Dec. 5-11

I plan on being in Florida sometime between the 5th and the 11th of
December. I'm definitely going to end up in the Keys and doing the
Duval Crawl but I'm not sure just what days except that it will be on
the weekend, for sure (the crawl part).

I may fly into Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami and fly out of Key
West, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando. I'm not quite sure yet.
Anyhoo, all my good buds up in Titusville are going after lobster in
the Keys the weekend of the 9th but I'd like to get down there earlier
and do some good diving before then, if possible...i.e. Spiegal
Grove(sp?) or whatever.

I don't doubt that I fly into Orlando on the 5th, drive down early on
the 6th to LBTS and do a couple of dives, and then head to the Keys on
the 7th. More than likely, I'll fly home on the 10th (Sunday), so I
may have to head back up the coast on the 9th.

So, it would be nice to hook up with some of you Floridians while I'm
down there. Post here or shoot me an email if you would like to get
together and/or dive. Curtis has my cell phone number if you'd like
to call.

Well, this has changed to about the 13th or 14th to the 18th or 19th.

This is up in the air now. I'm looking to fly into an airport further south and
perhaps do a WPB dive and then get picked up Friday when the guys from
Titusville head down.

Well, my cell phone got wet on Sunday when I was duck hunting but it is working
again now. I'll give you a call tomorrow, Curtis.

Surface temps here, right now, are running in 68 to 70 range. I assume
they're similar below the surface. I would expect similar temperatures
early next month, but you never know.

Your guess is as good as mine on temperatures around Key West. That's more
than 199 miles south of here, which is enough to make a difference.
