Ramon's has a great ambiance and the best dock around, however, I think there rooms are quite over-priced for what you get. I always get a condotel (or an apartment) when I'm there. > > We dove with Amigos Del Mar, an operation which gets consistent good > marks. They will take care of your personal gear too, if you are comfortable about leaving it with them. San Pedro is starting to change and with that change, there are more upscale restaurants popping up. Along with the upscale decor and menu, comes the upscale price. I can eat like that at home and get much better service. When I'm in San Pedro, I prefer to eat in the smaller, local places. I've already mentioned Jambel's Jerk. I also like Ambergris Delight and Papi's. You can also get some darn good food from the food vendors by the town square. |
