Default Mayan Riviera

We're headed to Mayan Riviera (Mexico) and would like to know of any good
diving companies to book with and which sites are best to dive. We're
staying at the Bahia Principe Tulum and would appreciate any info on this
resort too.

Steve,

You might consider doing some fresh water diving in Akumal since your in the
area. You might want to dive a cenote like Dos Ojos which is a beautiful
underwater Cavern/Cave system. There are a bunch of different dive shops
that offer cenote tours.

Akumal Dive center is a local dive shop in the area.

I don't know Bahia Principe. I stayed at Continental Plaza. If you're
in the mood for 'a good grazing til you puke type' meal, find out what
night of the week Continental has their buffet and go there. For $15,
you can get all you can eat of tons of good stuff !! I'm not one for
buffets but I did theirs because everyone in my group wanted to, and I
was impressed. And very full.

You definately should book a cenote dive with Hidden Worlds. It's a
great experience !!!!

And for off shore dives in that area, I recommend this shop and this
agency :

Tank Ha Dive Shop --

The Dive Company --

Have a good trip !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
