Beach 8 Street in Far Rockaway Closed?

Hey Guys,

I heard Jay sold Almost Paradise and the area is now fenced off.

Is there still diving in the area? Looking to get wet real soon and this
place was real convenient for me.

Sal, no diving there for now, but Helen Marshall is trying to get permission to
let divers onto the property. If you'd like I can post an email about this I
received here for you to help out.

Are you one of Di's many divers, or do I have you confused with another Sal?
