 Buddha preached Sinhala monkeys how to infect TB!!! inmate to spit in his mouth: rights group A prisoner has contracted tuberculosis after a police officer in Sri Lanka forced an infected inmate to spit into his mouth, a human rights group alleged Monday. K.P. Tissa Kumara, a respected local artist, was arrested by Sri Lankan police in early February for allegedly possessing a hand grenade, the Hong Kong-based Asian Human Rights Commission said. While Kumara was in police custody, a police officer "forced a tuberculosis patient to spit into his mouth," the AHRC said in a statement.
