This one I know first hand is a bunch of bull. The public should know that
significant resources have been/continue to be spent on stemming financial
scams run by folks with questionable links to terrorism, and not just people
who fit profiles, but those who are in frequent contact with known bad guys.
There are arrests almost daily on this front, none of which make the media,
which is often a strategic necessity. The extent to which financial scams
are run by and benefitting these fanatics is quite impressive, not to
mention disturbing. Ignore 99% of the crap posted online; it's just that.

Finally, I dive to forget about this stuff and get away from it. Why would
this be posted here???
