With the pending change in ownership, does anyone think there will be
any operational changes at CCV?

The change in ownersip has already occurred. The website has recently changed a bit,
which may or may not be indicative of new owners making some changes. One thing that
has reportedly changed but isn't updated on the website is the schedule for
orientation. The website says orientation for new divers is usually held the morning
after arrival, but with Continental flights arriving before noon they've added a
Saturday afternoon orientation, so you can make your first dive before dinner on the
day of arrival.
