It's the instructor, not the agency.

Steve
Get a hold of the class materials including the synopsis. See if anything
catches your eye, something of particular interest to you. Talk to the shop
owner, instructor, and others involved in the program. See which of the
offerings fits best into your schedule, both class and dives. Then make a
decision based on the factors that are most important to you.

In making a decision think about future classes. Diving interest doesn't end
with advanced training. Advanced training is really a basics refresher,
some new information, and the opportunity to gain experience diving. Try to
pick an operation that you think you can continue with. It's nice to have
experience with the same people because you build trust.

Then make your decision.
