Default Maui & Kauai

Could I get a few recommendations on good dive shops and also dive
locaions in Maui and Kauai? Thanks! You can also reply via email...

What are you looking for, what's your style and what's your experience
level?

For the "discerning" diver, I recommend either Mike Severns or Ed
Robinson on Maui. Maui Divers is a nice chain of shops that runs
daily shore divers in Ka'anapali or Kahana.

Actually, a friend of mine--who is just getting started--wanted some
recommendations. Although I will take your advice next time I'm in
Maui. Thanks.

In Maui, Lahina Divers gets mostly positive reviews as a cattle boat.
They are best suited for the newbie who may need more than a little
handholding. Be advised that the hand is out at the end of the trip.

On Kauai, I like Bubbles Below. For Maui, I've dove with Ed Robinson.

Both operators are very professional.
