I have not read so much disinformation in one article, with one
exception, here in this newsgroup.

For you all............If the tank "really" would have "exploded". He
would have been desintegrated. Therefore no "explosion" really
ocurred. All is hype.

Too bad the hungry bull sharks are on the Gulf Side.

Joe,

I am convinced you are either:

1. The dumbest ass that has ever been a certified diver to wander
into this group.

2. You are not really a diver. Your summer grade school teacher
made an assignment for you to write about some diving topic
and that's why you're here.

I assess Pr(1) = 0.2 No body can be THAT dumb.
Pr(2) = 0.8 There ARE lots of dumb kids like Joe.

This guy did not like my HP/LP blown hose explanation of facts.

Carries a big chip on his shoulder.

Your ignorance is documented by you own message.

That's because it was devoid of factual information.

Have you tried the experiment yet?

Indeed he does. And in this case, I'd like to see him use it a bit more
to humiliate you.

"by you own message?"

It takes a bit of intelligence to understand some of the more complex
things in life, like why air flow is slower from a HP port than it is
from a LP port. You obviously lack even this tiny bit of intelligence.

Oh, no. We're just getting started with you

Perhaps because it was a bit shy of facts. You got it wrong, pure and
simple.

> (Bob) Carries a big chip on his shoulder.

Yes, but he generally has the smarts and knowledge to back it up. Bob and I
don't particularly like each other (understatement) but when he's right,
he's right. This time, he's right.

I don't think it's a matter of intelligence. Much more likely, it's a
matter of ignorance combined with a completely closed mind.

(snip rag link)

I guess he should have signed up for your check-out dive. I'm sure that
would have made all the difference.

"He remembers ducking and the boat's propeller hitting his oxygen tank."

Maybe if he was using air instead of oxygen he would have been better off.
Don't you love the informed press.

Linux, it's not just an OS, it's a way
of life.

And a damn fine one, at that.
