I used to have some sympathy for Steve when he gang bitch-slapped
by rec.scubans in threads that didn't interest me.

I was emphasized with his retirement statement about
"living deep and sucking out all the marrow of life." not knowing
that he was plagiarizing a passage by Henry David Thoreau as if
it was Kramer's original.

But whe this Public Enemy Number 1 made his SECOND appearance in
rec.scuba.location (in the entire year of 2005 -- only THREE
threads this year, up to now), and spent THREE posts flaming me
on something he had no idea what it was.

to which I responded:

After that incident, I think Steve Kramer deserved every bit
of what others had said about him -- Kramer would Jack the
Ripper seem like a nice guy to have around.
