"Mixing Bowl" mooring to be pulled.

Apparently, the Caymans are finally doing something about the overdived
sites on Little Cayman: plan still hasn't been announced, but up to
roughly half of the moorings in the Marine Park see going to be
"rested", entering into a rotation (3-7 years). As such, the days of
being able to dive all of the famous (albeit loved-to death) sites are
coming to a close, apparently tbus year. Dept Environment's Newton
boat is in the Sister Islands as we speak, to start to pull out
moorings.

This sounds like bad news, but it was really quite overdue: it really
should have been done 5+ years ago.

I've gotten a partial list, and it contains virtually ALL the famous
names, but the plan supposedly isn't to take them all down right now:
probably half will remain in service for now, but will be rested when
the first set comes back in probably 3 years.
