Hate to be a wet blanket at a pyjama party - but:

Why do people post equipmnet questions in this group when it is
clearly labled LOCATIONS... the EQUIPMENT group is what they are for.

I personally like just to be able to see the
questions/answers/comments about different and interesting good or bad
locations throughout the world and known universe, without having to
troll through lots of headers with no relevance to this group.

I am not flaming anyone, but would ask those new to the groups to
"Please" (very nicely) to keep the groups for what they are designed
for.

You will unlikely not get to the right person by cross posting because
'most' of us read all the relevant groups.

We have a good set of scuba groups here, let us keep it that way.

Oh as a suggestion I wonder if a 'rec,scuba.accidents' group might be
usefull or just plain interesting, to post the worlds scuba accidents
in. - Maybe a salutory lesson for us all when read.
